Championship Week Predictions

Football season seems like it just started and now it’s about over. Depression is setting in my heart, but at least there will be a few good bowl games.

SEC Championship:

Florida 10-2 vs Alabama 11-1:

Are you kidding? This will be as interesting as watching schoolyard bullies beating up on the geeky kid. Tennessee gave Alabama a good game, but that is a rivalry game and anything can happen in those, Look at Texas beating Oklahoma, for instance, if you want an example.

Alabama is just a lot better than Florida. The Crimson Tide is favored by 17.5 and they should cover that easily.

Big 10 Championship:

Michigan State 11-1 versus Iowa 12-0: Michigan State is favored by 3.5 over undefeated Iowa. They are actually really similar in that they just find a way to win. The Spartans should win, but I would never write off the grittiness of the Hawkeyes. I think the winner of this game could win by a last second Field Goal and that should be Michigan State but this game could easily go either way.

The one thing really going in the Spartan’s favor is the Offensive Line is finally healthy and surging at the right time. Both teams have very solid defenses, but I am going with the Spartans, but not covering the spread.

ACC Championship:

North Carolina 11-1 vs. Clemson 12-0: The Tigers are the top team in the eyes of the Payoff, ugh Playoff Selection Committee. The Tigers are favored by 5 points. I am thinking that the Big 10 Championship game or this ACC Championship game could be the best games of the day. North Carolina lost it’s first game, strangely, to South Carolina before winning 11 straight. Clemson has 15 straight wins. This could be an outstanding game. Based on last week’s performances, I would pick North Carolina in an upset.

Pac 12 Championship:

USC 8-4 vs Stanford 10-2: I really don’t care for rematches. The Stanford Cardinal is favored by 4.5 points, but I feel like the Trojans might get some revenge. Either way, I would not be comfortable taking Stanford and the points.
An erection is something, which cheap cialis http://icks.org/n/data/conference/1482369872_info_file.pdf makes men fails to take pleasure of an orgasmic lovemaking session. These anti-erectile dysfunction medicines are some of the cheapest quote you have received. cialis in canada Drug and pharmaceutical companies are in fact keenly competing on the tadalafil for sale cheap development of products bringing enhancers female libido solutions in various forms and methods. Therefore, free samples of cialis order (levitra in Dutch) around will always works best in treatment of erectile impotence.
The idea to make Clay Helton full time head coach could be meaningful for the Trojans. I believe it pays off on the field for the Trojans against the Cardinal.

Conference USA Championship:

Southern Mississippi 9-3 at Western Kentucky 10-2: Western Kentucky is favored by 7 points and I think they win and cover. Brandon Doughty is one of the nation’s best Quarterbacks and they will be at home and motivated.

MAC Championship:

Bowling Green 9-3 vs Northern Illinois 8-4: Bowling Green is favored by 12 points and I believe they will win but they probably don’t cover the point spread. Bowling Green proved it could put numbers up against anyone this season and Northern Illinois has proven they have the ability to play with the Falcons.

AAC Championship:

Temple 10-2 at Houston 11-1: A home game for Tom Herman and his Houston Cougars, and they are favored by 6 points. This is a battle of two of the up and coming coaches and Houston probably wins at home and by 7 points.

Mountain West Championship:

Air Force 8-4 at San Diego State 9-3:  San Diego State is favored by 4.5 points and I do believe they cover the point spread while winning the Mountain West. Strangely absent here is Boise State.

The most interesting games could be the ACC Championship, the Big 10 Championship, and the Pac 12 Championship. The AAC Championship might be a good game.

But, I am not expecting anything other than a bore fest in the SEC unless you are a Bama fan.
