All SEC Recruit Team

If you are a fan of the SEC, this should be a great feeling for you. While, I don’t get being a fan of a conference, the SEC took more steps to distance itself from the rest of the country. The Big 10’s Ohio State, Michigan and maybe Penn State kept pace, as did the ACC’s Florida State and Clemson. But, the Pac 12 had a miserable year.

Here are the best players at each position.

Shea Patterson – Ole Miss: A rare talent. I’ve no idea why Patterson is only a 4 star.

Jacob Eason – Georgia: The son of NFL Quarterback Tony Eason. Jacob Eason is 6-6, 220 with all of the tools and then some.

Feleipe Franks – Florida: Franks is also 6-6, 220 but a little more rough around the edges. Florida coaches must not agree because they moved last year’s QB to Wide Receiver.

Jarrett Guarantano – Tennessee: Very strong armed Quarterback from New Jersey.

BJ Emmons – Alabama: Simply put, the top Running Back in the country.

Devwah Whaley – Arkansas: Texas speedster could see early playing time.

Jacob Mathis – Ole Miss: A younger version of Evan Engram.

Jamal Pettigrew – LSU: 6-6, 235 star at Tight End.

Gregory Little – Ole Miss: The top player out of Texas. He should move right into Laremy Tunsil’s spot at Left Tackle.

Willie Allen – LSU: Monstrous human being at 6-7, 300 and rated as the 2nd best Offensive Tackle.

Jonah Williams – Alabama: Huge Californian is as big and talented as anyone.

Alexis Johnson – Tennessee: Another top JUCO guy for the Vols. This guy is really good.

Mack Wilson – Alabama: Very talented Outside Linebacker will only add to the talent on board.

Michael Divinity – LSU: Top Linebacker in the state and a speedy talent.

Tre Threat – Auburn: Speedy Linebacker talent.

Jamal Couch – Mississippi State: Mostly just untapped potential at this point.

Ben Davis – Alabama: Super man playing football. Davis is one of the more impressive recruits in the country.

Errol Thompson – Miss State: Huge Linebacker with excellent closing speed. Tough hitter.

Daniel Bituli -Tennessee: I don’t think this talent is rated correctly. He is incredible.

Jaleel Laguins – Georgia: 11th rated player at his position.

Kristian Fulton – LSU: The Tigers always have great Defensive Backs and Fulton should be another.

Charlie Woerner – Georgia: This guy is a huge talent with size and speed. Wonder where he plays at Georgia? He was all over the field in high school.

Aaron Hansford – Texas A%M: Super fast guy from DC that could play a number of positions.
